How We Can Help
About an order
Order updates travel fastest by email with your order number in the subject line, which lets us pull up the details before replying. Tracking links are sent automatically once a parcel is dispatched, usually within two to three days of the order being placed.
Choosing a fragrance
Not sure which scent suits you? Tell us what you already wear and enjoy, or the occasions you are buying for, and we will point you to two or three from the collection worth trying. A discovery duo or trio in 20 ml is often the easiest way to decide.
Gifting and bulk orders
We take corporate, wedding and festive orders, with elegant packaging as standard on every parcel. For quantities beyond a handful of bottles, write to us with the number you need and the date you need it by, and we will come back with timing and pricing.
If something is wrong
Damaged or defective items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with a photograph if you can manage one, as it speeds up the replacement considerably. Cancellations are accepted within a day of ordering, provided the parcel has not already shipped.
Stocking the collection
We hear from boutiques, salons and gifting partners who would like to carry the house. If you are interested in stocking the collection, send a note telling us where you are based and the sort of range you have in mind, and we will share wholesale terms with you.
