Cancellation & Refund Policy
At E-KAY RETAIL LLP, we value our customers. We want to help you as much as possible. Therefore, we have a liberal Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Cancellation Terms
We only accept cancellation requests within 1 day of your order. However, we cannot cancel the order if the vendor has already started the shipping process.
We do not accept cancellation requests for opened items. However, we can offer a refund or replacement if the product quality is poor. You must prove that the delivered product is not good.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service Team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products.
Product Expectations
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Manufacturer Warranty
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them.
Out of Stock and Refunds
If an item you ordered is found to be out of stock after your order has been placed and confirmed, we will notify you immediately (usually within 1 business day) using the contact information provided (typically email or phone). You may cancel the out-of-stock item (or the entire order). We will issue a full refund for the item(s) cancelled.
In case of any Refunds approved by E-KAY RETAIL LLP, it will take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
